Using EverPix

EverPix provides a private wedding photo and video sharing service. By creating an account or using a wedding upload link, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity carried out through your account. The account holder is responsible for confirming that invited guests may upload the content they submit.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant EverPix permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you and the guests you authorise.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Access and downloads

Access periods, package features and add-ons are shown during checkout and within your portal. You should download the content you wish to retain before your access period ends.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown at checkout include any applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Package upgrades and add-ons are subject to the terms shown at purchase.

Service availability

We aim to keep EverPix available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may make reasonable changes to maintain, secure or improve the platform.
